Gilbert Saboya

 

Gilbert Saboya is the CEO & Founder of Alfa Quest Saboya Assessors, the first andorran independent financial advisory firm to be registered and supervised by the Andorran Financial Authority since 2010.

He is also currently President of the Adefi (Andorran Association of Investment Financial Entities)  and member of the Board of Andorra Business, a public-private agency for Economic Development in Andorra.

Involved in politics, he was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the andorran government from 2011 to 2017 and Minister of Economy, Competitiveness and Innovation from 2017 to 2019. Previously, he had been a Member of the andorran Parliament and President of the legislative commission of Economy from 1993 to 1997.

From 1991 to 2009, he developed his career at Morabanc Group, being CEO of the Fund Management firm of the group and Deputy General Manager in charge of Private Banking and Asset Management.

Born in Andorra in 1966, Gilbert Saboya holds a Licence de Sciences Economiques at the Université de Toulouse and is a Certified European Financial Analyst
